Job Summary:
As a Finance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations. You will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, maintain budgetary controls, and support the finance team in various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process invoices, manage accounts payable and receivable, and perform reconciliations.
- Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing and related administrative tasks.
- Audit Support: Prepare documentation and provide support during internal and external audits.
- Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties, including maintaining financial files and records, responding to inquiries, and providing support to the finance team as needed.
As the ideal candidate you will have: –
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
