Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage debt collection and control.
Resolve accounts queries and oversee debt recovery.
Maintain strong relationships with internal departments and customers to ensure smooth account management and prompt payments.
Send out monthly client statements and manage correspondence.
Prepare monthly reports and ad hoc financial statements as needed.
Process and reconcile warranty remittances, intercompany accounts, and credit card transactions.
Reconcile finance products and review stocks and settlements.
Provide support to other accounts assistants and assist with various financial tasks.
Collaborate on reports and analysis as required.
